- Details of property you currently own that is available on a public register.
- Information collected from your use of our website on an aggregate basis as you and others browse or interact with our website.

- For our internal record keeping and general business purposes.
- Contact customers re a property they may have visited.
- Ensure the security of our clients property.
- Communicate with clients and customers for information they have opted to receive.
- To improve and to promote and measure the performance of our services.
- To periodically send promotional email material unless you have unsubscribed from such.
- To contact you for “market research”.
- To meet legal and statutory obligations including but not limited to Inland Revenue and AML/CFT legislation.
- For Australian transactions the relevant State or Federal Government Agency, including but not limited to, Australian Taxation Office, ASIC, Fair Trading NSW
Sharing of your information:
- All of the staff, employees, and independent sales contractors of Invest Realty Limited may have access to your information.
- We may share information with third party suppliers in order to publish materials for the purpose of marketing our clients property.
- For any use specifically allowed for in our Agency Agreement with you for the property.
- For provision of sales statistics data to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ).
- Your personal information will only ever be shared on a confidential basis for the purpose of our business and promotions and will not be sold or shared with a third party for that third parties promotional purposes.
- We may share personal information with Government agencies or companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation when permitted or required by law, to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud and/or unauthorised transactions, or to investigate fraud that has already occurred.
- To meet legal and statutory obligations including but not limited to Inland Revenue and AML/CFT legislation.
